Tom Kilroy - CEO
Tom joined Keyloop on 1st March 2021, the day the new company was created, and is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and growth. Prior to joining Keyloop, Tom was an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners Consulting and previously spent 10 years the Chief Operating Officer of Finastra, a fintech software company with over 10,000 employees, more than 8,600 customers (including 90 of the world’s top 100 banks), and revenues of ~$2 billion. During ten years with that company, Tom held various roles responsible for driving growth and profitability. In 2017, he led the integration of Misys and D+H. In 2012, as Interim CEO, Tom led the take-private of Misys plc. Prior to that, Tom spent eight years at GE Healthcare, a division of General Electric.

Tony Johnson - Chief Financial Officer
Tony joined Keyloop as Chief Financial Officer in July 2022. Immediately prior to joining Keyloop, he was the CFO at Phlexglobal which was sold to Pharmalex in January 2022. Since 2008 Tony has held senior finance roles within numerous Private Equity owned Software and Service companies including CFO roles at Deepmind Technologies and Masternaut where he also gained experience of the Automotive sector.
In his early career Tony spent 23 years at Reuters, holding various Finance roles in the UK and Overseas and prior to the acquisition by Thomson was the CFO of the Sales and Trading division.

Harvey - Chief Alliances Officer
Harvey leads Keyloop’s Partnership and OEM ecosystem, as well as running the marketing department. Her focus is to create true partnerships with OEMs as they go through intense transformations, whilst continuing to elevate our brand and marketing presence globally.
In her previous role at Google, she served as Head of Alliances in EMEA within GCP. She joined Google via the acquisition of Looker, a data analytics platform, where she lead the technology and consulting partner ecosystem, partnering closely with Google, and setting the company up well for the exit.
Before joining Looker, Harvey worked at Salesforce.com, building the ISV Partner Ecosystem across EMEA + APAC. She was part of the founding team to revolutionise and monetise the AppExchange and created partnerships with many companies built on the Force.com platform who have since had successful IPOs.

James Fernandez - Chief Revenue Officer
James joined Keyloop in September 2022 bringing more than 25 years of experience in software and technology companies with significant GTM leadership experience. He has a successful track record in planning, execution, and delivery across a range of organisations, including successful organic and inorganic organisational transformations and strong recurring revenue performance.
Most recently, James held the role of Chief Commercial Officer for Accelya, a software company serving the airline and transportation industry. Prior to that, he held roles at CHAMP Cargosystems, SITA, Logica and Syntegra, combining an experience of both private equity and public companies.

Charlotte De Metz - Chief People Officer
Charlotte joined Keyloop in May 2021 as Chief People Officer after serving as Chief People Officer at Synamedia where she lead a large-scale global transformation. Prior to this Charlotte spent 10 years in a global Fintech. Charlotte has a strong track record of innovative employee development, engagement, CSR and D&I and retention practices.
Charlotte has extensive experience in managing high-impact, enterprise wide transformations in challenging fast-paced environments. Charlotte also sits on the board as an independent Non- Executive Director at Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC a leading provider of software and services to the global auto and equipment finance industries.

Amit Monovich - Chief Technology Officer
Amit has 25 years of experience as a technology leader with a proven track record of building products from ideation to realization and helping businesses to scale. Prior to joining Keyloop in May 2021, Amit was a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce, Amit held different roles, leading and transforming technology organizations in Click, Cyren Security, EMC, RSA(formally Cyota) and Amdocs.
Amit has extensive expertise in Enterprise Software, Cloud Transformation and Operations, AI/ML, Security, Scalability, Agile Methodologies, and Mobile Applications.

Dean Gardner - Global Head of Customer Enablement
Dean joined Keyloop in December 2022 having worked within the software and service sector for almost 30 years including most recently at SAP and Unit4. He has supported some of the world’s largest companies and SMBs to deliver a customer centric culture, his insights enabling him to drive delivery excellence and service improvement initiatives across the customer spectrum. Having managed international support operations, Dean is experienced in the complexities driven out of multi-language / multi geography structures whist enhancing delivery efficiency.

Kirsty Jarvis - Global Head of Professional Services
Kirsty's journey at Keyloop began in 2003 following the Kerridge acquisition. She started as a Support Analyst during her degree placement, and later returned to the business as an Installation Consultant. She travelled across the UK, providing configuration, support, and training to customers in both the Sales and CRM module for Autoline and Drive. Kirsty then ventured into Engineering as a QA Analyst, leading to her promotion as Engineering Manager and Quality Director. She later transitioned to work in our product function, and successfully launched multiple products, before returning to lead the Professional Services Team.
Kirsty has proven herself as an outstanding leader at Keyloop, consistently showcasing exceptional leadership skills over the years. From taking charge of critical projects like Al Tayer to leading various improvement initiatives that enhanced the quality and value of our services; she has shown remarkable dedication and talent. Kirsty’s unwavering commitment makes her an invaluable asset to our organisation, and an inspiration to her peers.
